Work in Progress

Like many things in my life, this blog is a work in progress. Each day offers a new opportunity to learn and grow. Then it depends on how much effort I truly apply towards it. Sometimes, the amount of effort is a direct reflection to the end results. On the other hand, sometimes, when one is patient, sits, and enjoys the moment with little to no action at all there can be huge results. So is it a cause and affect or just God's plan? Maybe it is a joint effort! Time to grow so on I go...

I am surely ON MY WAY now.

Each day and each week, I learn a little more and expand my knowledge, experience, and comfort level with blogging. This is out of my comfort zone, which is ok. Earllier this week I walked around and talked with staff generally just checking the pulse. Sometimes poeple just need to know they have a voice and that someone truly cares. This builds connections and possibly even a sense of loyalty. The key is that it cannot be lip service. My passion is to truly help others to reach their potential. In some cases, this means pushing them a little past where even they thought they could go. Once there, they have more confidence in themselves and have established new boundaries. Where are your limits? If you aren't living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

If you aren't heading somewhere, you aren't going anywhere.
